Yesterday afternoon engine 41-13 and brush 41-15 operated in the Glassboro area for roughly 3 hours on a brush fire

No Caption At around 630 last night task force 41 was dispatched for a dwelling fire in town

Engine 41-13 arrived on scene to find a single story house with heavy smoke coming from the roof. The engine crew quickly located and extinguished the fire. Ladder 26-16 from Glassboro assisted interior crews and also ventilation. Also assisting on scene was Franklinville Volunteer Fire Company, Star Cross Fire Department and Janvier fire company... Bill joined the fire company in January of 1962 and served the company as a firefighter and past desk officer. Bill was always quick to lend a hand or offer advice when needed. One of Bill’s favorite stories to talk about was how the fire company was originally dispatched from his home.
